What to expect for your detail & disclaimers.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the service is required upfront when booking your appointment. This deposit goes toward your total bill but will be forfeited if you cancel within 48hrs of your appointment time.

  • Rescheduling is allowed with at least hours 48 notice to transfer your deposit to a new appointment.

  • Same-day cancellations, no-shows or canceling within 48hrs of your appointment time will forfeit the deposit.

Pricing & Upcharges

Our base prices apply to standard-sized vehicles (sedans and medium SUVs) and locations within 7 miles of our service area. Pricing is subject but not limited to change based on:

  • Vehicle Size: Larger vehicles (full-size SUVs, trucks, vans, etc.) require more time and materials, resulting in a price increase.

  • Condition of Vehicle: If the car is excessively dirty, covered in pet hair, mold, excessive stains, or has other extreme detailing needs (a "detail disaster"), an additional charge will apply.

  • Distance: If your location is beyond 7 miles, a travel fee will be added.

Quality Expectations

  • While we strive to provide the highest level of detailing, not every imperfection can be 100% removed. Certain stains, scratches, and deeply embedded debris may remain despite our best efforts.

  • Older vehicles with worn-out interiors, oxidized paint, or previously damaged areas may have limitations on how much improvement can be achieved.

  • We do our best to communicate realistic expectations before starting the job.

No Refund Policy

Due to the time, effort, and materials put into each detail, all sales are final. There are no refunds once a service is completed. However, if you have concerns about any aspect of the detail, please let us know immediately so we can address them before leaving. We guarantee customer satisfaction before departure.

Personal Belongings & Liability

  • Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, and trash before your appointment. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

  • We take every precaution while working on your vehicle, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, weak paint, electrical malfunctions, or other issues that arise during or after the service.

Weather Policy

  • In case of severe weather (heavy rain, storms, extreme temperatures), we may need to reschedule your appointment for safety and quality reasons.

  • If you do not have a covered area for us to work in, we recommend choosing a reschedule option when weather conditions are unfavorable.

Important To Understand...

  • Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a text message to reach out personally and confirm appointment details and ask questions about potential issues for your service. You may be asked for pictures of your car, a phone call for a deeper conversation, etc.

  • As a mobile detailer, it's important to understand that we rely on your water (water hose connection) to provide top-quality service. This ensures we can efficiently clean and detail your vehicle, allowing for a seamless and eco-friendly experience. Your cooperation helps me deliver the best results possible!

  • If you have any major concerns for your vehicle or questions please send in photos to +1 (303-803-6506) or contact@carcaretjd.com. Please be mindful of potential issues for your detail as some issues might not be resolvable or might lead to an upcharge, communicating before hand allows for maximum transparency for your detail and expectations and the best estimate of price for your vehicle.

  • Booking your mobile detailing service through Google Schedule and paying securely via Stripe ensures a smooth and worry-free experience. Google Schedule keeps your appointment organized, while Stripe provides a trusted, encrypted payment system to protect your information. Your security and convenience are top priorities, so you can book with confidence and focus on enjoying a freshly detailed vehicle!

  • Your personal data will never be shared such as your name, phone number, address, etc.

  • Photos of you car will be taken before and after the detail for safety as a detailer as proof for liability reasons and also for social media. If you do not wish for your car photos to be posted online please mention this upon arrival during your next detail. Your cars license plate, or other sensitive information will never be shared in these images, the sole purpose is for social media engagement.

What will your detail look like?

  • Upon arrival, your detailer will walk through your vehicle confirming your service and also walk through your car ensuring and talking about any previous damages, concerns, etc. We are not liable for damages done previously to the vehicle. After your detail, we will walk through your vehicle ensuring customer satisfaction and double checking our work as well. Afterwards, the remainder of the payment will be collected (remaining 75% and any other potential fees from upcharges, etc). Finally, as a consumer you will receive an invoice with your service information.
